Typical guest floor
A double-loaded 1.80 m corridor with a central lift core and stairs at both ends. Compact rooms (20 and 30 m²) face north at 6.0 m depth; larger rooms and suites (40 to 90 m²) face south at 8.0 m depth with balconies. Corner, connecting and accessible layouts slot into the same grid.
