How we work

From a feeling to a finished floor.

How we actually run a hotel project, and the ways you can work with us. Every hotel gets a bill of materials and a cutting list.

Our working method is separate from the Select your hotel configurator. The configurator is a concept study that helps you explore feelings and options; the method and engagement models below are how a real project runs.
Working method

Six things every project gets.

01

Bill of materials for every hotel

Every project gets a full bill of materials (BoM): each board, veneer, edge band, fitting, fabric and stone item with quantity, specification and room reference.

02

Cutting list for every hotel

From the approved shop drawings we produce a cutting list per room type, so panels are cut once, labelled and traceable to the room they belong to.

03

Shop drawings and samples

Drawings, finish samples and, where needed, a mock-up room are approved before series production starts.

04

Production in our own factories

Joinery, casegoods, upholstery frames, wood and metal works are produced in our own factories in Kayseri, İzmir, Kocaeli and Sakarya.

05

Packed per room and floor

Every item is labelled to the BoM and packed per room and per floor, so installation runs in sequence.

06

Handover with documents

You receive the final BoM, care instructions and the test evidence agreed for the project.

Engagement models

Five ways to work with us.

Choose the model that fits your team. Every model includes a bill of materials and a cutting list.

A

Materials and a supervisor

You build with your own team. We supply the materials, the bill of materials and the cutting list, and send a supervisor from our side to guide the work on site.

Suits: Owners and contractors with a capable local crew

B

A dedicated architect

One of our architects is assigned to your hotel and works through it at a slower, considered pace: brief, concept, drawings and samples, then supply from our own factories.

Suits: Boutique and signature hotels where every detail is decided carefully

C

Your plan, our design and supply

Once your building permit is approved, you send us the building size, the lift shafts, cores and fixed elements. We design the interior around them and supply it turnkey.

Suits: New builds with an approved permit set

D

Full turnkey with installation

Design, production, logistics, installation, snagging and handover by our own teams. One contract and one point of contact up to the opening day.

Suits: Owners and operators who want a single partner

E

Build to your designer’s drawings

Your interior designer or brand supplies the design. We value-engineer, make shop drawings and samples, produce and ship.

Suits: Brands and design studios with a finished scheme

Project steps

Six steps and one team.

01

Brief & feeling

We listen to your guest profile, your focus and the mood you want each space to carry.

02

Concept & value

Moodboards, material palettes and options with value engineering at every level.

03

Drawings & samples

Shop drawings, finish samples and, where needed, a mock-up room for approval.

04

Our factory

Joinery, upholstery-ready frames, wood and metal works produced in our own factories in Kayseri, İzmir, Kocaeli and Sakarya.

05

Logistics

Packed and sequenced per floor and per room, shipped to site on your programme.

06

Install & handover

Our teams install, snag and hand over room by room, ready for guests.

◆

One contract

One partner covers production, supply and installation, with one point of contact for your team.

◆

Room-by-room logistics

Everything is labelled and packed per room and per floor, so installation runs in sequence.

◆

Approve before series

Samples, drawings and mock-ups are approved before series production begins.

Quality & mock-up

Ten checkpoints between drawing and handover.

  1. DrawingsShop drawings for every item with dimensions, materials, finishes, hardware and fixing details, approved by your team before samples.
  2. Material samplesFinish samples for wood, veneer, metal, stone and fabric, labelled and kept as the approved reference for production.
  3. Prototype piecesFor key items (headboard, wardrobe, desk, chair) we can make a prototype first, so details are tested before the mock-up.
  4. Mock-up roomA complete room built in our own factory or on site, depending on the project. It is where design, operator and contractor sign off together.
  5. Pilot batchWhere the roll-out is large, a first small batch checks packing, transport and installation before full production.
  6. Series production with checksChecks at each stage: material receipt, machining, finishing and assembly, against the approved samples and drawings.
  7. Pre-shipment inspectionFinal inspection per batch before packing. Clients or their representatives are welcome to attend.
  8. Per-room packingLabelled per room and per floor in installation order, with protection suited to the transport route.
  9. Installation and snaggingOur teams install, snag and hand over room by room, with a snag list closed before handover.
  10. Handover documentationCare and maintenance notes, finish references and spare-parts information for the operator.
Logistics

Shipping to our focus markets.
