Our offers are aimed only at businesses, such as hotel owners, operators, developers, architects and contractors. We do not conclude contracts with consumers.

The EU online dispute resolution (ODR) platform was closed on 20 July 2025 under Regulation (EU) 2024/3228, so this page no longer links to it. We are neither obliged nor willing to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (§ 36 of the German Consumer Dispute Resolution Act, VSBG). The same applies to consumer dispute bodies in other countries.

Governing law and place of jurisdiction

Nothing on this website is a binding offer. A contract comes about only through our written offer and its written acceptance.

Unless the individual contract says otherwise, our offers and contracts with businesses are governed by the law of the Republic of Türkiye, and the courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul (Çağlayan) have jurisdiction. Mandatory provisions of the law that would apply without this choice remain unaffected.

The case studies on this website are project examples. They show how we would fit out typical hotels in our markets and do not describe or name client projects. Most interior images are AI-generated visualisations made for this website, and the remaining photos are licensed stock images.
