We don't do rough construction, structure or façade work. We start where the shell ends, so we can concentrate on what guests actually touch.
Can you work from our designer's drawings?
Yes. We develop shop drawings from your designer's intent and keep them in the loop on every sample and mock-up.
Do you provide a mock-up room?
For room roll-outs we recommend a mock-up or sample room before series production. Scope and timing are agreed per project. How our mock-up process works.
How do you handle value engineering?
We offer alternatives in material, construction and specification, so you can see the effect on price per key before you decide.
Can you install in an operating hotel?
Yes, refurbishment can be phased floor by floor, with work planned around your occupancy.
