Which German rules matter for hotel interiors?
Fire safety under each federal state's building rules and hotel regulations, accessibility to DIN 18040 for accessible rooms, and sound insulation expectations based on DIN 4109. Your architect and fire engineer confirm the details; we build to them.
Can you deliver to German city sites with tight access?
Yes. We agree delivery windows with the main contractor, use smaller trucks where streets are narrow and pack per floor, so goods go straight to the rooms instead of a storage yard.
Do you provide documents in German?
Yes. Drawings, care guides and handover files can be delivered in German, and your project manager can work in German or English.
