Which Eastern European markets do you serve?
We are building our work in Poland, Romania, Hungary, Czechia and Slovakia, mainly city hotels, aparthotels and heritage conversions. Road transport from Türkiye is short, which keeps lead times tight.
Can you work with local contractors?
Yes. Many projects there use a local general contractor. We can supply with a supervisor, or install fully with our own site teams, whichever suits the contract.
How do you keep the budget under control?
With value engineering early: we compare materials and constructions, show the cost per key of each option and keep the look while moving money to what guests touch and see.
